you need to go through it alone.
Good Grief is a new kind of grief support community, centred around holistic self-healing. Our approach includes breathing techniques, guided meditations, mindfulness coaching and energy work as fundamental coping tools on your journey moving through grief.
Group Meditation for Grief and Loss
A free monthly guided meditation for people who have
experienced the death of a loved one
Meetings will take place on the last Tuesday of every month
Next meeting: March 30,2021 1pm EST / 6pm GMT
Come sit with others moving through grief in this 30-min guided meditation and silent reflection. This is a welcoming and safe space to honour your loss, care for your emotions and feel connected to a group.
